Born in 1960 in Mexico City, Raymundo has a degree in Tourist Business Administration. He moved to Cozumel in 1988 and since then has owned the restaurant at the island museum, one of the most popular choices for breakfast in town.
He began his career as a real estate advisor in Cozumel with Century 21 in 1994.
In 2005, he joined RE/MAX as he views the company as having more prestige and presence in the world of real estate.
He specializes listing luxury properties with oceanfront or ocean view and a price range of $300,000 USD to $700,000 USD
Raymundo's targets are clear and simple:
- Inform buyers about properties best matching their desires.
- Assist and guide clients throughout the buying process, ending with a successful closing.
- Promote projects in harmony with nature and provide services to enrich quality of life.
He also offers additional services such as; feasibility studies for new projects, investment analysis, financing for developers and home mortgages.
